What is it?
Most modern phones incorporate bluetooth, which is a wireless communication technology. This enables mobile phones to cummunicate and transfer data between each other and other devices within a certain radius, usually 10 meteres. Any phone within the signal radius of a bluetooth device can be identified and communicated with.

and content to any passing bluetooth enabled phone,
similair to receiving an sms, a phone will make the
user aware that a bluetooth link is avialable and prompt
the user to receive to either accept the lnik to receive
information or decline it.
